Delivery Guidelines

A clear brief helps us plan a practical campaign. The final scope and arrangements are confirmed in your written quote and booking.

Areas and eligible letterboxes

Delivery is planned within agreed boundaries. We respect no-advertising signs and avoid unsafe or inaccessible letterboxes. Apartments, gated sites, rural addresses and restricted-access properties may require specific arrangements.

Print preparation and handover

Tell us the print size, weight, quantity and format. Confirm printing and handover arrangements before sending material. Keep a copy of your approved artwork and include a clear campaign reference with your stock.

Timing and exceptions

Delivery windows depend on confirmed capacity, weather, access and the readiness of printed stock. If an issue affects your campaign, contact the team to discuss the practical next step.

Reading your report

Routes show recorded travel. Delivery logs show recorded drops and quantities where that tracking method is included. GPS data has an accuracy range and may sync after a delay. Neither route records nor drop logs guarantee a household response.

Changes and questions

Request changes before distribution begins. Availability, price changes and any cancellation arrangements must be confirmed in writing. If you have a delivery concern, provide your campaign reference and the relevant street or report detail so it can be reviewed.
