Campaign Tracking & Delivery Reports
Watch how delivery activity is recorded
This short demonstration shows a delivery worker recording flyer quantities, reviewing mapped route activity and preparing downloadable reports. For your Auckland campaign, we agree the tracking method and reporting scope before distribution begins.
Software demonstration using sample route data outside Auckland; not footage of a completed TrackVIP Auckland campaign.
Clear campaign information helps you understand the distribution work completed. Agree the tracking method, progress access and report package when booking your TrackVIP campaign.
GPS-recorded route coverage
Route history shows where the delivery team travelled, with recorded timing, duration and distance. This is useful for reviewing street coverage against the agreed delivery area.
Delivery logs with context
When drop logging is included, recorded entries can carry a quantity, timestamp, GPS position and location accuracy. Route-only tracking and individually logged deliveries are different methods; we confirm which applies to your campaign.
Progress updates and private campaign access
Synced route activity and job status can be reviewed as work progresses. Private access to your campaign's routes and jobs can be arranged. Updates depend on device connectivity and successful synchronisation, so they may not be instantaneous.
Recording through patchy coverage
Delivery activity can be recorded offline and synchronised after connectivity returns. Your latest visible progress may therefore lag behind the work in the field.
Reports you can keep
- PDF reports with route maps and campaign details.
- CSV or Excel data for reviewing recorded activity.
- GPX route files for compatible mapping tools.
- An agreed completion summary, including relevant exceptions.
Report formats and access arrangements are confirmed before the job. GPS route records show movement and logged activity; they do not prove a recipient read or responded to a flyer.
