Enquiry & Campaign Privacy

TrackVIP uses information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and organise agreed distribution campaigns.

Information you provide

This can include your name, business, email address, optional phone number, campaign goals, delivery areas and preferred dates. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

Campaign records

Distribution records may include route location data, timestamps, delivery quantities and job status. Client-facing access is arranged for the relevant campaign. Campaign reports should be handled carefully and shared only with people who need them.

Service providers

We use website, communications and delivery-management service providers to support enquiries and campaign administration. The website is hosted on Shopify. Information may be processed by providers outside New Zealand.

Questions and corrections

Contact TrackVIP through the enquiry form to ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or raise a privacy question. Include enough detail to identify your enquiry or campaign without sending unnecessary personal information.
